If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring disputes in the courts of your country of residence. However, for any such proceedings, German law shall still apply to the substantive interpretation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution Process

Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute with TechChip Solutions. TechChip Solutions will respond within thirty (30) days with a proposed resolution.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days of the initial notice, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in German in accordance with the German Arbitration Act (Schiedsverfahrensgesetz), or through litigation in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, at the option of the party initiating the claim.

Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs for the informal resolution process, unless the arbitrator or court determines otherwise. For any arbitration proceeding, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

12. Termination of Service

TechChip Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct we consider inappropriate, illegal, or harmful. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, intellectual property violations, harassment, transmission of malicious code, scraping or data collection, impersonation, or any other violation of applicable laws.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to access the website and deleting any cached content. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you immediately cease, and you must comply with all obligations that survive termination, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

TechChip Solutions may also discontinue the Service or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice. We will attempt to provide notice of any service discontinuation that affects existing customers. Termination does not relieve you of obligations already incurred or fees already owed.
